American Architecture Awards honour the best new buildings designed and constructed by American architects in the U.S.A and abroad. We were asked to design the 2018 yearbook. A yearbook design entails uniformity. Such can be observed throughout the pages, i.e. typographic color, number of photographs, size, interior layout. The book cover had strong typographic elements combined with images, grid elements and abstract shapes in order to match the structural aesthetics and identity of the projects included in the book. AAA stands as the acronym of award program (American Architecture Awards).
