Oikotechniki Domiki S.A. (OD) is an architectural-construction company based in Athens, Greece. OD builds high-end construction projects. It offers research and study services in the field of architecture. The need to redesign the visual company identity came from expansion of the company’s activities and its evolution. The use of two concentric circles for the definition of the mark came from the idea of the schematic presentation of necessary seals bearing the architectural plans for the acquisition permission and start of work. Keeping the circles open we show the history of the company (active for over 50 years) but also that more has not completed its cycle. The two initials of the name came to be a short name “OD” in trying to keep up with the times and to speed up its report company name. The use of a robust font to enter the full name solved the typography problem.
